Architecture, building services, structural design and engineering, building physics, fire safety and external works / landscape design form our core in-house expertise. Their collaboration provides the foundation for organising projects through integrated design.
If your project requires additional specialist design, we commission and coordinate it within our agreed design commission.
A clear model for working together
You have one contractual partner for the entire agreed design scope: us. The design scope, design costs and deadlines are set out as binding commitments in the contract for work and services.
If required, we introduce a suitable building contractor and provide the agreed support and supervision during construction. You enter into the construction contract directly with the contractor carrying out the work.
